The location could not have been better. It was right on the quayside next to the town's lovely harbour. The hotel itself has lovely decor. The restaurant, bar, lounge and bedrooms are all kept in an immaculate condition. Also, the food and drinks here are of a very high standard and all the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel may be small, but the quality is more important than its size.

The staff were really helpful. We do not really speak much French. And one member of staff really went the extra mile. She placed the app for English to French and helped us so much during breakfast. And helping to store our baggage whilst we had to wait for our return ferry. Very comfortable

Very quaint hotel, excellent prompt to car park behind property. Breakfast ok ( croissants very nice)..no tea ( needs to brew in a teapot & have cold milk)… I had fruit juice which was nice. Bed comfy, extra pillows in wardrobe, bathroom with shower jel - very clean . A lot of stairs so if unable to do stairs check room floor with hotel. Evening meals available. Lovely staff .

It's location, the car park is beside it which you have to pay. We normally stay in rooms in the annexe. These are beautiful rooms. This time they gave us a room in the hotel it was horrible so we paid extra to be moved. The room was ok needed revamping

The proximity to the town. Parking was easy. The decor was pleasant and modern.nice shower and had a hair dryer

We had a lovely room with a view of the harbour. Loved the bath! The breakfast was super with lovely croissants. Our bed was so comfortable.

Note to others: this is an old building - there are no lifts or air con. The stair cases are winding and quite narrow (obvious given the building) so if you have mobility issues - maybe don't stay there. Our Harbour View room was spacious. The hotel a good position in order to go to bars/restaurants but we actually ate in their restuarant and it was really lovely. All the staff we met were really friendly. If you are driving, there is a large public car park right behind the hotel.
